BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT WITH HERPRET BRIDAL BOUTIQUE YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS.
All goods ordered for purchase remain our property until paid for in full. All the sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase, Due to special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Likewise, our team of designers are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color and measurements before submitting your order. The submission of an order acknowledges your understanding and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
On placing an order, a 70% deposit of the total value of goods is required. The final 30% is due at the time of pick-up of dress. We will confirm the estimated date of delivery once your order has been processed.
All Made to measure orders are final and any repair, replacement or Alteration is not provided by our company. All merchandise must be inspected immediately, if there is any defect in the merchandise it should be addressed at the time of pickup. Any dress altered or changed prior to the inspection will not be allowed for a refund or return of any kind. Cost of any alterations are not included in the priceof dress. Alterations arranged by us are charged separately and are payable directly to the seamstress. You can carry out your own alterations. However, we cannot be held responsible forany alteration work carried out by third party.
An confirmation email will be send with in 2-3 days. The order confirmation confirms the design, style, color and other details. The confirmation also provides the estimated delivery of the order.
Estimated delivery provided in the order confirmation indicates approximate time frame. Estimated delivery time frame are tentative and subject to change according to the production schedule. Most often, orders arrive in or before the estimated delivery time frame. However, designers may experience slight delays in their production/ or shipping schedule, which can affect an order’s delivery. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of order that is caused by an event beyond our control.
DYE LOT VARIATION
Colors may vary from website, pictures and swatch cards. Designers cannot standardize their dye lots so variation can occur between bolts of fabrics. Most variation are slight and a shade off. Fabric orders are always cut from a different bolt of fabric.
Sale dresses are discounted samples sold at deeply discounted prices. The No – cancellation policy applies and we cannot accommodate exchanges , returns and refunds on sale outfits.
